Tonight’s Menu: Taco Hell

On tap for dinner tonight: Taco Bell. Momma wanted mexican food, so we discussed the options – On The Boarder (restaurant chain…so-so), Zapata’s (local restaurant…pretty good), or this other little place nearby (don’t remember the name) that we haven’t tried yet. She had pulled a load of laundry from the dryer and was folding it in the bedroom so I told her just let me know where she wanted to go and we would go there. Came back in the living room to watch the world news and doze off. She finished the laundry and decided she didnt want to wait to have to shower and get ready and go somewhere to sit down and eat. So…

Instead of “Mexican Food” we settled for “Mexican-like Food” from Taco Bell.

Her:  Beef gordita supreme and nachos
Me: Combo #1 (burrito supreme with taco supreme)

Interesting tidbit:  anytime you order a taco from Taco Bell around here they ask you “hard or soft.” I always thought it was automatically “hard” unless you specified “soft.” Meh, whatever.

MAKE A RUN FOR THE BORDER!!!! ???? EH?
